Title
March Crossing
Artist
Jim Whalen
Medium
Painting - Acrylic On Canvas
Description
I have titled this vibrant and colorful abstract landscape March Crossing. It is my interpretation of the approach of a late winter storm I witnessed as I was crossing the Hampton Roads Bridge/tunnel. It is an acrylic painting on canvas, painted with professional quality acrylics and clear coated to protect it from dust, dirt and fading. It is signed, titled, and dated on the back by the artist and it comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Hi Jim, Thanks for commenting on my Adirondacks! Gave me a nudge to visit Don Quiote again and also see what's new. Great stuff! I particularly like this one! By the way I love the NovaColors you once recommended to me and did a version of Summer Coming Down with them....well, OK, a paint over and FOUR versions on the same canvas. I finally got just what I'd envisioned. Take a look if you get a chance.Like/Favorite on this beauty...not surprised it is SOLD.
Jim Whalen replied:
Thanks for the kind words, Betty. I'm so glad you tried and liked the Nova Colors. I looked at your painting and left a comment. Later.
