This unusual painting is a contemporary depiction of the aftermath of a battle between 3 ancient mythological creatures called Basilisks. The Basilisk is said to resemble a serpent, lizard, or dragon and has the ability to kill with its breath or a look. The painting has a vibrant palate of cool and warm colors reflecting the coldblooded nature of the creature.
