This is the second in a series of black and white acrylic paintings of amorphous, organic shapes that are shaded like a pencil sketch, to give the illusion of 3 dimensions. It invites the viewer to enter into it's mass of shapes and set the imagination free to see all manner of things, faces, torsos, animals, etc. - A postmodern Garden of Earthly Delights.
It is an acrylic painting. done with with professional quality acrylics and has been clear coated to protect it from dust, dirt and fading. It is signed, titled, and dated on the back by Jim Whalen, the artist and it comes with a certificate of authenticity.
